The solution provided by our company is: first use a horizontal double-shaft shredder to shred, then feed the crusher by a conveyor belt, and after crushing, the suction fan enters the powder separation device, and finally the fan is sent to the silo for collection.

The final effect is that the powder separation rate reaches more than 95%, and the crushed particles can be directly used on the machine, and the production capacity meets the requirements.
