The blades made of high-quality steel are usually used for 2-8 months (depending on the specific materials to be shredded and the frequency of use). Speaking of reducers, the reason why shredders can shred various hard or thick materials is mainly because they have a strong bite force, which requires extremely strong torque. The motor speed is constant and the torque is constant, so it depends on the reducer to increase the torque of the shredder by reducing speed. At present, there are many types of reducers on the market, and various brands are messy and uneven. If you use a general reducer, the price may be low, but it is difficult for a general reducer to fully convert the power of a large-sized motor and increase its torque. Some manufacturers even use small manufacturers to produce small reducers in order to reduce production costs.
