Hopper structure

The hydraulic pushing method of the single-axis hard material shredder series is the overall moving structure of the hopper. The Green column used on the injection molding machine is added on both sides of the spindle as a guide rail. The guide rail has a built-in copper sleeve. The inside of the copper sleeve is lubricated with graphene, which can play an automatic oil supply role. At the same time, we can choose to apply oil on the Green column to increase lubrication and machine life.

Advantage analysis:

a. There is no limit on feeding, the feeding amount is controllable, and the movement of the hopper drives the material close to and away from the spindle to ensure a smooth shredding process. The forward and backward movement of the material is automatically controlled by Siemens PLC. We choose to determine the load of the spindle by the size of the current. Effectively reduce the number of reversals and protect the reducer.

b. The structure of the traditional shredder is a built-in push plate to push the material. The material and the push plate are in direct contact and cannot be refueled. The gap between the push plate and the guide rail will become larger and larger, eventually causing the push plate to get stuck. The machine must be stopped and the push plate must be removed to continue working.

c. At the same time, when the traditional structure is fed too much, the material cannot be taken away from the main shaft by the push plate. The load is too high and the machine will reverse frequently. Too many reversals will damage the gears of the reduction box and reduce its service life.

Shredder spindle

The spindle of the single-axis hard material shredder series uses the forged circle of Avermetal as the raw material, which has higher density and strength. Avermetal is then tempered, forged, and rough-turned to reach the standard shape. The spindle is fine-machined in our own machining center, and the tolerance of the shaft can be controlled within 10 threads (1mm equals 100 threads).

The spindle and cutter disc structure design of the shredder is improved after nearly ten years of field production experience of our company. The cutter disc structure is selected in a stepped spiral shape, which can make the load more uniform during the shredding process and ensure smooth operation.


Advantage analysis:

a. The Xinbei spindle is an integral forged part. The traditional shredder uses seamless steel pipe welding. The cutter disc is welded to the steel pipe by welding. The welding process is high temperature, and the contact point will expand and contract. After the overall welding is completed, the tolerance of the entire shaft will even reach 4~5mm. In this way, the gap between the blades must be large, while the gap between the blades of our company can be adjusted to 0.5mm. The smaller the gap between the blades, the lower the load during the shredding process, the higher the machine output, and the longer the service life. At the same time, the gap of the traditional structure is too large, and when processing soft materials, the shaft often entangles, causing the machine to frequently reverse, which affects the service life of the motor and the reducer. The service life of the welded blade is much shorter than our overall structure, and the blade often falls and damages the shredding room, while the blade of our structure will never fall.

b. The blade structure of the spindle. The traditional shredder chooses the Avermetal welded blade. There is only a concave-convex structure of the blade on the entire shaft. The gap between the fixed blade and the moving blade will be small, but the gap between the fixed blade and the spindle will be large. When shredding soft materials, the shaft will often entangle. However, our randomly selected grooved blade can ensure that the gap between the moving blade and the fixed blade is 0.5mm, and the gap between the fixed blade and the spindle can be controlled at 1mm, and it will never entangle the shaft.


Shredder wall panel processing

The wall back baffle, left and right wall panels, and hopper ears of the single-axis hard material shredder series are all processed by gantry washing. The overall accuracy can be controlled within 1mm, the machine is more stable and has a longer service life.

The traditional shredder is only roughly welded and polished, and has not undergone high-precision processing. The working principle of the shredder is hard-to-hard. If the connection is not accurate enough, the machine will have structural shaking in the later operation, which will seriously affect the service life of the machine.


Shredder reducer

The reducer of the single-axis hard material shredder series chooses a high-torque gear type reducer, and the brand is Guomao. Because we choose a domestic brand, considering that the domestic material standards and processing technology do not meet the German standards, we choose to enlarge the method when selecting. The service factor of the international standard reducer is 2.2 times, and the service factor of Xinbei's reducer is 5 times. In short, our reducer is several models larger than that of domestic factories. Our reducers are equipped with a water cooling system to maximize the service life of the reducer.

The connection between the reducer and the main shaft is a coupling connection. The coupling connection is a tight fit, which can effectively alleviate the recoil force generated by the main shaft during the shredding process and protect the reducer gear. At the same time, the through-pin structure is selected in the middle of the coupling. The recoil force is mostly borne by the through-pin. In the later stage, it is only necessary to simply replace the through-pin, which greatly reduces the cost of use. The traditional shredder chooses the sleeve shaft mode, that is, the shredder main shaft is directly inserted into the reducer. This method is loose, the reducer will shake during the shredding process, and the recoil force of the main shaft directly acts on the gear of the reducer, and the service life of the reducer is particularly short.


Shredder bearing

The bearing seat of the single-axis hard material shredder series is processed in one piece by the machining center, and the center height tolerance with the main shaft is within 10 wires, which greatly improves the accuracy of installation. Because the main shaft is a solid integral structure with a high load, our bearings choose the enlargement mode, and the bearing size is twice the size of the traditional shredder.

The shredder bearing installation chooses slow fire installation, and the process requirements are strict. In order to facilitate installation, traditional factories often choose to bake directly with high fire, and the inner hole of the bearing is heated and easily damaged.


Safety protection

The original intention of the design of the single-axis hard material shredder series is to put safety first. All hard material processing equipment is equipped with a vertical safety hopper and a safety protection cover. In addition, for the convenience of operation and maintenance, the machine is equipped with a full set of stairs, handrails and safety maintenance platforms to reduce the potential safety hazards that may occur during the use of the guests.

However, the traditional shredder is limited by the machine structure (the push plate moves and the frame is small). In order to save costs, the hopper is also a simple bell mouth, the safety factor is not high, and the risk is too great.

Electronic control system

The electronic control components of the single-axis hard material shredder series are mostly Siemens and Schneider brands, with stable and reliable quality. The machine's operating system selects the Siemens PLC system, which can effectively control the forward and backward movement of the machine hopper, and has a complete overload protection and high-temperature protection system. The operation panel is a Siemens text display. After the machine is debugged, the operator only needs to control F1 to start and F2 to automatically stop. The system will cooperate with the mobile hopper according to the amount of material put in, and effectively pass the current through the whole process automatically and stably. The degree of automation is higher, the machine is more stable, and the service life is longer.

The traditional shredder is simply controlled by selecting buttons, and it is impossible to effectively coordinate the internal load of the hopper according to the current. The machine will frequently reverse the scene, which greatly limits the stability and service life of the machine.


Overall structure of the machine

The working process of the single-axis hard material shredder series is an overall hard-to-hard structure. Xinbei takes these into consideration. During the manufacturing process, it is more convenient to consider from the perspectives of frame, plate thickness, etc. The weight of the whole machine is nearly 1.5 times heavier than that of traditional machines. Hydraulic system

The single-axis hard material shredder series uses a high-strength hydraulic system, a large-caliber, multi-length oil pump, a higher capacity hydraulic station, and a high-pressure oil pipe used on a forklift. During the operation of the machine, the hydraulic load is neutral. In simple terms, we use a larger and stronger hydraulic system to ensure that the hydraulic pressure is in a low-load working state. The hydraulic system is also equipped with water cooling to ensure stable and long-term operation.

The hydraulic system of the traditional shredder is very small, and it only selects a pressure structure that is sufficient to push the push plate. Our smallest hydraulic system can achieve a thrust of 10T, while the traditional shredder only has 3T.
