PET flakes mixing & drying system
Features:
This system is used to make PtT flakes into crystallization, to avoid the PET fakes changing into lumps by heighten the melting temperature. Crystallization could be processed in normal oven or similar high speed mixing machine, while the mixer make material heat up by friction. This method gets faster in material heat up, also is good for water volatilization. While crystallization process, the temperature could be 120 C or higher till PET flakes losing transparency.
